The Cultural Technology Internship Program is designed to create real change in museums while providing access to meaningful careers for NMHU media arts students. Students use their skills in media arts and technology help create museum interactives, oral histories, graphic and web design, digitization to expand online access, 3D modeling and app development. Students are required to take a one credit Cultural Technology Mentorship class as part of their internship experience. The class focuses on current topics, emerging technologies and issues around accessibility in museums.
